Submit Proof

Evidence Intake Gateway - Quantifiable Impact. Verified Capital.

Identification & activity

Look for your town or area (e.g. Madina, Nungua, Tema). The district name is shown in parentheses.

Use this to distinguish your group within the same area (e.g. school, club).

Location

Choose how to provide location. Restore and removal events require GPS (public land).

Privacy note: Location is used to verify proof and help aggregators estimate pickup distance. Don't capture GPS from your home or any location that could put you at risk. Move to a safe nearby public area before capturing.
Evidence integrity
  • Lighting is mandatory: Direct, high-quality lighting with every detail of the image visible is required. Evidence submitted without proper lighting will not be integrated into the system.
  • Use your device camera (do not edit photos) so location and time are embedded—this helps confirm the proof is real.
  • This proof can be verified at the captured location; coordinates are stored in your receipt.
  • GPS accuracy is recorded; better accuracy supports on-the-ground verification.

Event Type

What are you documenting? Choose the event first — we'll suggest the best proof type below.

Collect: e.g. beach cleanup, street collection, picking plastic

Add a photo of what you collected and either weigh it (P2), use container-based measurement (P3/P7), or count discrete items (P4, e.g. trees, tires, fridges). Geo-photo (P1) gives location; one of P2/P3/P4/P7 gives quantity.

Proof Type

Best for Collect: we've selected Scale-based Weight (P2). You can switch to Standard Container Count (P7) or Container-based Volume (P3) below, or choose another proof type.

Best for this event

P2 = material on a scale, weight in kg. P8 = other measurement tools (gauge, ruler, etc.) or container estimation.

Scale-based Weight (P2)

Photo showing material on a scale with the weight clearly visible on the display. Use P2 when you weighed material on a scale and the number is in kg (or similar).

Example Photo

Example of Scale-based Weight (P2)

Required Elements

  • Scale display must be clearly visible and readable
  • Material must be on the scale in the photo
  • Collector ID visible in frame
  • Scale must be calibrated and zeroed
  • Weight value must match claimedValue

Best Practices

  • Use digital scales for better accuracy
  • Ensure scale display is in focus and readable
  • Include category identifier (material type) in frame
  • Take photo from angle that shows both scale and material
  • Verify scale is on level surface

Weight

You’re claiming the total kg for the batch. Use the breakdown below to disclose how many bags were included.

Material Category

Lifecycle Stage (Optional)

Where in the chain is this? Helps with aggregation. Not sure → use "Other" (e.g. restoration, community garden).

Upload Evidence

Use your device camera so evidence is captured in real time and immediately ingested—this reduces fraud risk compared to uploading existing files.
